1. Concept & Requirements
Leumeva is a growing apparel brand with high aspirations in the local fashion market. They required a fresh storefront built from scratch that emphasizes minimalist lookbooks, aesthetic product filtering, and frictionless collection browsing. The goal was to launch with superior performance baseline parameters, bypassing the typical performance regression of stock Shopify setups.
2. Engineering & Custom Features
CYPHEX designed and built the entire storefront from scratch with high-performance Liquid layouts:
- Dynamic Collection Sorting: Built a bespoke sorting layout that loads product data updates asynchronously, avoiding full-page reloads.
- Optimized Asset Grid: Implemented responsive dynamic `srcset` rules, loading scaled down representations of heavy fabrics on mobile viewports.
- Premium Product Pages: Interactive sizing charts, accordion drawer tabs, and sliding reviews widget built natively with lightweight vanilla CSS and JS modules.
- Frictionless Checkout Flow: Direct sliding cart sidebar integrating pay-now buttons for quick checkouts.
