01 / GENERAL

About CYPHEX

What is CYPHEX AGENCY?

CYPHEX AGENCY is a remote-first digital engineering firm and product incubator founded in 2024. We operate at the intersection of premium web design and systems-level engineering — delivering fast, reliable websites, custom e-commerce storefronts, AI automation tools, and our own SaaS products (Voxis & Image Hunter) for businesses worldwide. We maintain a team of 11–50 senior engineers organized into specialized divisions.

Where is CYPHEX located?

We are fully remote-first — no physical office. Our globally distributed network of senior engineers spans multiple time zones, allowing us to serve clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia with fast response times and overlapping working hours.

How long has CYPHEX been in business?

CYPHEX AGENCY was established in 2024. Our founding team brings years of prior engineering experience and our portfolio already includes 17+ launched client projects across e-commerce, custom web applications, and AI-driven tools.

What makes CYPHEX different from other agencies?

Three things set us apart: (1) Zero-friction structure — no account managers between you and the engineers building your product. (2) Measurable standards — sub-140ms server response times, perfect Core Web Vitals, and 99.9%+ uptime SLAs. (3) We are also a product company, meaning we dogfood our own tech in Voxis and Image Hunter, keeping our engineering skills sharper than typical agency work.

Does CYPHEX work with international clients?

Yes — the majority of our clients are based internationally. We have delivered projects for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Pakistan, and beyond. All client communication is conducted in English and we support multiple currencies for billing.

02 / CAPABILITIES

Services

What web development services do you offer?

Our Custom Web Development covers everything from brand-new marketing websites to complex web applications. We use modern frameworks (Astro, Next.js, React, Vue), build with semantic HTML5, implement responsive layouts, optimize Core Web Vitals, and integrate custom backend systems via REST or GraphQL APIs. Every project is performance-audited before handoff.

Do you build Shopify and WooCommerce stores?

Yes — Shopify and WooCommerce e-commerce is a dedicated division at CYPHEX. We build custom Liquid theme development, headless Shopify storefronts (Hydrogen/Oxygen), product catalog architecture, custom checkout flows, subscription systems, multi-currency setups, and conversion rate optimization. We also handle Shopify Plus configurations for enterprise clients.

What is Headless & Serverless architecture?

Headless architecture decouples your frontend from your backend CMS or e-commerce platform, connecting them via APIs. This allows a blazing-fast, fully custom frontend (React/Next.js/Astro) while keeping your content in a familiar system like Shopify or WordPress. Serverless removes the need to manage dedicated servers — your application runs on edge infrastructure that scales automatically. You likely need it if you have high traffic (>10k sessions/month) or are hitting performance ceilings with your current setup.

What AI and automation services do you provide?

Our AI Integration division designs and deploys custom AI workflows including: LLM-powered chatbots and customer support agents (OpenAI, Groq, Claude APIs), RAG systems with vector database integration (Pinecone, Weaviate), automated content pipelines, AI image processing, voice automation systems (like our Voxis product), automated data extraction, and API integration between AI services and your existing business tools.

Can you build a custom WordPress plugin or theme?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom WordPress plugin development: custom post type (CPT) architectures, custom REST API endpoints, admin dashboard UIs, WooCommerce extensions, and performance-optimized themes built to Gutenberg standards. Our Image Hunter plugin is actively maintained on the WordPress.org repository.

What is your Search Intelligence / Technical SEO service?

We treat SEO as an engineering problem, not a content problem. We audit and fix: Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS, INP), JSON-LD structured data implementation, crawl budget optimization, XML sitemap architecture, canonical URL management, international hreflang setup, SSR vs. SSG strategy, and redirect chain cleanup.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes. Post-launch support is available under our SLA tiers. Standard SLA includes 24–48 hour response for non-critical issues. VIP Enterprise SLA provides 4-hour response and 24/7 on-call for production blockers. Support covers bug fixes, security patches, dependency updates, performance monitoring, and content or feature updates.

03 / SAAS

Products

What is Voxis?

Voxis is CYPHEX's flagship AI voice intelligence platform designed for automated call centers and lead generation. It uses speech models and LLM APIs to handle inbound/outbound voice interactions, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and integrate with CRM systems — without human agents. Ideal for insurance, real estate, healthcare scheduling, and e-commerce follow-up operations.

What is Image Hunter?

Image Hunter is a WordPress plugin that adds a professional media management command center to your WordPress dashboard. Features include: stock image import from multiple providers, AI-powered automatic alt text generation using computer vision, bulk WebP compression, and a media library audit tool that identifies missing alt text, oversized files, and unused attachments.

Is Image Hunter free?

Image Hunter has a free core version on WordPress.org with basic media management. A Pro tier unlocks AI alt text generation, unlimited stock searches, bulk WebP compression quotas, and priority support. Pricing details are on the Image Hunter product page.

How do I install Image Hunter?

Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress dashboard, search for 'CYPHEX Image Hunter', and click Install → Activate. Alternatively, download the ZIP from WordPress.org and upload via Plugins → Upload Plugin. Once active, you'll find Image Hunter in your left WordPress admin menu.

Is Voxis available as a managed service?

Voxis is currently offered as a managed enterprise service — CYPHEX provisions, configures, and maintains the infrastructure for your deployment. This includes voice model tuning, CRM integration, call routing configuration, and ongoing monitoring. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing based on call volume and requirements.

04 / ENGAGEMENT

Process

How do I start a project with CYPHEX?

Visit our Contact page and fill out the scoping brief with your project details — describe what you want to build, your timeline, and any technical requirements. Our engineering desk responds within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call. Alternatively, email us at contact@cyphex.agency.

What information do you need to give me a quote?

For an accurate quote we need: (1) Project description — what you are building and why. (2) Existing assets — brand, designs, or existing codebase. (3) Integrations needed — APIs, payment systems, CRMs. (4) Traffic expectations for infrastructure sizing. (5) Timeline — hard launch date if any. (6) Budget range — helps us recommend the right architecture. You don't need all of this upfront; our discovery call is designed to gather these details.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary by project: a marketing website takes 2–4 weeks; a custom Shopify storefront with integrations takes 4–8 weeks; a full SaaS MVP takes 8–16 weeks; a custom WordPress plugin takes 2–6 weeks. We build detailed milestone plans at kick-off and communicate progress via weekly status updates. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee.

Do you work on fixed-price or hourly contracts?

We offer both. Fixed-price contracts suit well-scoped projects where requirements are clearly defined upfront. Time-and-materials (hourly) engagements work best for ongoing development, iterative product work, or projects where scope may evolve.

Will I own the code after the project is complete?

Yes. All custom code, designs, and intellectual property created specifically for your project are fully transferred to you upon final payment, stated explicitly in our standard contract. We use Git for all version control and provide you with a complete repository at project completion.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before discussing sensitive project details. Send your template to contact@cyphex.agency or request ours. Standard NDAs are reviewed and signed within 1–2 business days.

05 / BILLING

Pricing

How much does a website cost?

Project costs vary by scope: a professional landing page starts from $1,500–$4,000; a custom multi-page website with CMS starts from $4,000–$12,000; a Shopify or WooCommerce store ranges from $3,000–$15,000+; a custom SaaS MVP typically starts from $15,000. These are starting ranges — submit your project brief for an accurate estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA for international clients), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) for enterprise contracts. All invoices are denominated in USD unless otherwise agreed. A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin work.

Do you offer payment plans?

For larger projects (>$5,000) we structure milestone-based payments tied to deliverables — typically 30% upfront, 40% at mid-development, and 30% upon completion and launch. Custom payment schedules are available for enterprise engagements.

Is there a retainer option for ongoing work?

Yes. Monthly retainer engagements are available for clients needing consistent engineering capacity — ongoing feature development, maintenance, or AI workflow iteration. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling, dedicated engineer allocation, and discounted hourly rates.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on completed and delivered work. For work in progress, if you terminate the engagement you are billed for all work completed to that date. Initial deposits are non-refundable as they reserve engineering capacity. See our Refund Policy in the Corporate section for full details.
