1. Performance Issues & Challenge
Adrimo Paris required a high-end luxury storefront with massive image assets, media lookbooks, and custom video features. However, the store suffered from severe performance degradation. Mobile load times exceeded 8.5 seconds, LCP was in the red zone due to unoptimized Liquid hooks, and third-party tracking scripts created CPU bottlenecks that resulted in cart drop-offs.
2. Re-engineering & Optimization Fixes
CYPHEX re-engineered the storefront's codebase from the ground up:
- Asset Compression Pipeline: Converted all media catalog photography into compressed WebP variants, reducing home banner weight from 12.4MB down to 1.8MB without losing raw visual clarity.
- Script Trimming & Deferral: Stripped 14 unused marketing pixel tracking integrations and deferred remaining analytics scripts until after first interaction.
- Critical CSS Path: Re-wrote key layout styles, extracting and inlining critical CSS variables directly into the document head to eliminate render-blocking CSS delays.
- Mobile Cart Pipeline: Optimized AJAX drawer requests and pre-fetched dynamic payment buttons for smooth checkout.
